Website privacy

This notice covers this website. The Living with GRACE app has its own privacy policy, and the app collects nothing at all. We’ve tried to keep the website to the same spirit.

“Tell me at launch” sign-up

If you give us your email address to hear when Living with GRACE is on the App Store, we store it in this site’s database, hosted by Cloudflare. We store the address and the date, and nothing else.

• We’ll use it to tell you Living with GRACE has launched. We won’t sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to anything else without asking.
• Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
• To have your address deleted at any time, email support@mishwright.com.

Free resources

When you ask for the free GRACE resources, we email you a link to them. We don’t save anything when you fill in the form. Your details travel, encrypted, inside that link, which only goes to your inbox. When you open it, we save your email address, your first name, and which option best describes you (using GRACE yourself, trainer or coach, or gym or business). We keep these in this site’s database, hosted by Cloudflare, and use them to:

• let you back into the resources while your link is valid;
• understand who the resources are reaching, so Mish can make better ones.

We only send you GRACE updates if you ticked the box to ask for them. If you did, your email address, first name and that choice are shared with Mish Wright so she can send them through her own mailing system, and every update includes a way to unsubscribe. If you didn’t tick it, you get the resources email and nothing else.

To stop the same address being emailed over and over, we briefly keep a one-way scrambled version (a hash) of it for 10 minutes after we send. It can’t be turned back into your address. Our emails are sent through Cloudflare.

To have your details deleted, email support@mishwright.com.

Measuring visits

We don’t currently run analytics on this site. If we add it, we’ll use a cookieless, privacy-first tool such as Cloudflare Web Analytics, and update this page first.

Hosting

This site, its database and its emails all run on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic request information (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. We don’t use that information to identify you.

Links to other sites

We link to Mish Wright’s sites, the Menopause Training Matrix™ and the App Store. Their own privacy policies apply once you’re there.
