Welcome to GRACE

Thanks for choosing GRACE. These Terms govern how you use the app. GRACE supports midlife with the GRACE Midlife Movement™ Framework: a flexible movement framework, not a fitness regime.

By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Your Data and Privacy

Living with GRACE stores your information on your device. There is no account, no server, and no analytics or tracking. We never receive your personal or health information, and we never sell or share it.

The only information the app handles is what you choose to give it: an optional first name, the activities and goals you record, and, only if you allow it, read-only data from Apple Health.

If you’re signed in to iCloud, your personal goal’s name and weekly pattern sync through your own iCloud account so it appears on your other devices. Your health and activity data never goes to iCloud. You can delete everything at any time from Settings → Delete All Data.

Acceptable Use

When using the GRACE app, you agree to:

  • Use the app for its intended purpose of health and wellness tracking
  • Provide accurate information when requested
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the app’s security
  • Not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of the GRACE Midlife Movement™ Framework

Health and Wellness Disclaimer

GRACE is a movement framework, not medical advice. Especially in midlife, when perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause symptoms are in play, talk to your GP before changing anything.

  • Always consult healthcare professionals before starting any fitness program
  • Listen to your body and exercise within your limits
  • The app’s suggestions are general guidance, not personalised medical advice
  • We are not responsible for any injuries that may occur during physical activity
  • If you experience pain or discomfort, stop immediately and consult a healthcare provider

Intellectual Property

The GRACE Midlife Movement™ Framework, app content, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws:

  • The GRACE Midlife Movement™ Framework methodology is proprietary
  • App content, designs, and features are our intellectual property
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
  • Your use of the app does not grant you any ownership rights

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but cannot guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted access to the app
  • Error-free operation at all times
  • Compatibility with all devices or operating system versions
  • Availability of all features in all regions

We may update, modify, or discontinue features with notice when possible.
